Strength Specialist

I began personal training in 2019, I have a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology with a minor in Psychology from The College of St. Scholastica where I participated in Division III Cross Country running. Last January I graduated from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities with a masters degree in Sport and Exercise Science. I have a strong passion towards endurance sports and want to help others achieve their health and fitness goals. I have experience with all sports, specifically runners and swimmers, of all age levels and abilities.

My Story

Before I started High School I injured my shoulder and had to go to physical therapy to strengthen the muscle around my clavicle. My experience with the physical therapist got me into pursuing a career in health and fitness. During high school I participated in Cross Country running, Swimming and Diving, and Track and Field. In season we were never in the weight room and I always felt like the training was missing something. It wasn’t until my 3rd year of college where I found a passion for strength training and learned it’s benefits were that missing link. During my time at the University of Minnesota I worked with Gophers Athletics as a strength and conditioning intern. This experience had me searching for a career in all aspects of strength training and that’s when I found Titanium Performance.

My first impression of the atmosphere at Titanium Performance was welcoming and genuine respect for one another. After my first training session I immediately felt the benefits that this style had to offer. I began diving into the literature to learn about this style, I had only heard about this style once in my life and I began liking it more and more as I read. I am very passionate about helping others reach their goals whether it is exercise, weight loss, mobility, or injury prevention. The road toward a better you can be achieved day to day with self efficacy and social support.
