I am a new Trainer at Titanium Performance. From a young age I have always loved being active. It wasn’t until my early high school years that I realized my passion for exercise and nutrition. My passion is to help individuals become the best version of themselves not only through exercise but also nutrition. It is my goal to help clients make the impossible possible. I have a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Business Administration from University of Wisconsin Eau-Claire. I plan on pursuing further education in nutrition next year.
Growing up I participated in many sports. I loved participating in gym class, and always signed up for gym as an elective in high school. Although I loved to be active, there was always a part of my body in pain. I went through countless doctor consultations and it wasn’t until I turned 16 that they found out I had Chronic-Acute Pancreatitis. My whole health journey drastically changed after this experience. From that moment on I promised myself I would do everything I could to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I picked up strength training, and fell in love with the physical and psychological benefits that came with it.
It is my goal to guide all clients in a healthy and correct direction because everyone’s journey is different. I learned that support is the best motivation you can find, and it leads to success.
Like Tyler and Morgan, I used to workout 5-6 days a week. It was great at first, but when you lose motivation and have a busy schedule it’s hard to make time to go to the gym that often. When I found out they specialized in H.I.T. training I was excited. Excited to workout twice a week and still receive the same benefits (if not greater ones). My first workout with them left me in awe. It never felt so good to workout.
I am looking forward to hearing my clients’ backgrounds and their previous journeys. I am even more excited to educate my clients on everything I’ve learned so far. It is my goal to keep educating myself so I can provide my clients with the best information possible.
If you would like more information or to schedule with me please contact me or one of our trainers. We look forward to discussing what options work for you!
